Great Day Advantage Plan – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Great Day Advantage Plan (“Plan”) offered by Great Day Plumbing and Air (“Company”). By enrolling in the Plan, the Customer (“You” or “Your”) agrees to the following:
1. Plan Coverage and Term
- The Plan provides routine HVAC and plumbing maintenance services as outlined in the Advantage Plan coverage schedule.
- Coverage is for 12 months from the date of enrollment and automatically renews each year to the credit or debit card on file, unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.
- The Plan may be purchased on an annual or monthly payment basis.
2. Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to the credit or debit card on file.
- The Plan will auto-renew annually until canceled by the Customer.
- Failure to maintain a valid payment method on file may result in termination of Plan benefits.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide reasonable access to all systems covered under the Plan.
- Supply all air filters unless otherwise specified in the Advantage Plan coverage.
- Respond promptly to scheduling requests and arrange maintenance appointments during available service hours.
4. Cancellation
- The Customer may cancel the Plan at any time by sending notice via email or written request to the Company.
- Upon cancellation, auto-renewal will stop and all Plan benefits will end on the final day of the current paid term.
5. Company Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations of covered systems in accordance with the Advantage Plan coverage schedule.
- Guarantee that if a breakdown occurs within 12 months after an inspection and recommended repairs are made, the Customer will not be charged a diagnostic or dispatch fee for the service visit.
- Provide service by qualified, background-checked technicians who adhere to Company safety and cleanliness standards.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
- The Plan does not cover:
- Parts or repair costs.
- Damages or failures caused by acts of nature, misuse, or neglect.
- Services outside the published Plan benefits.
- The Plan provides priority scheduling, meaning Plan members are scheduled ahead of non-members for both routine and emergency service, subject to availability.
- A 10% discount applies to HVAC and plumbing repair services only.
7. Transfer of Plan
- To transfer the Plan to a new property:
- The new property must be within the Company’s service area.
- Customers must email the Company with the new address, updated contact information, and any additional covered equipment.
- To transfer the Plan to a new owner at the same property:
- Customers must email the Company with the new owner’s name, phone number, and any updated contact information.
8. Liability and Limitations
- The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of services provided under this Plan.
- The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
- All work performed under this Plan is subject to the Company’s standard HVAC and plumbing service terms and conditions in effect at the time of service. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties on workmanship, applicable manufacturer warranties on installed parts and equipment, and limitations of liability. The Company warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Warranty coverage does not apply to failures caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others. Liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided, and the Company shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
